While brief, Autumn colour can be beautiful, especially if you are lucky with good conditions or light. The following are a collection of images I have taken over the last few years, mainly in Colligan Wood and Crough wood both located in Waterford in Ireland and both well worth a visit.

For me these type of images don’t hold a great amount of appeal, but I have to say trying to find order in the chaos in a woodland scene can be a very challenging and enjoyable experience and as ever the real appeal is just being out in nature.
